We are not just a connector between AliExpress and your Salla store — we are the actual intermediary. When your customer places an order, we purchase the product from the supplier and follow the entire process until it reaches the end customer, in line with Salla's Holding Management System. When we ship the order ourselves, we also receive and check the product at our warehouse in China or Hong Kong; when a supplier ships directly to Saudi Arabia, our role in that order is a technical intermediary only.

It is Salla's framework that governs how order funds and fulfillment are managed and protected. Because we operate as the intermediary within this system — buying the product and following it until it reaches your customer — we take on real operational and financial risk on the orders we ship ourselves.

Connect your Salla store, browse the catalog inside the app, and add any product to your store with one click. The AI writes the product title and description for you (from the Growth plan), and prices and stock levels are updated automatically (from the Starter plan), so your catalog stays accurate without manual work.

One step is yours, the rest is ours. When a customer buys from your store, we start only after you confirm that you have collected the money from that customer — and you confirm it by changing the order status in your store to «تم التنفيذ» (Completed). The moment the status changes, we buy the product from the supplier and it is shipped to your customer, and you can follow the order until delivery. Until you change the status, the order does not move, so update it as soon as the payment reaches you.

Yes. We import from China and ship door to door to your own address — you do not need a commercial registration, certificates, or any dealing with customs and clearance. We carry all of that and hand the product over at your door. This is currently a trial service running until the official launch at the end of 2026, so talk to us on WhatsApp to use it during the trial.

Not for the import service. No commercial registration, no import certificates, and no contact with customs: we handle the purchase, the paperwork, the clearance and the shipping, and deliver to your door. Selling on Salla itself still follows Salla's own requirements for your store.

When the order ships through us, it depends first on how fast the supplier gets the product to our warehouse in China or Hong Kong — usually 4 to 5 days. From the moment it reaches us we review it, ship it and deliver it to your customer within 10 to 15 days (local delivery included), so counting from the order it is roughly 14 to 20 days to a customer in Saudi Arabia. Products with high demand are different: we buy them in bulk and stock them inside Saudi Arabia, so they arrive in 4 working days and at a lower shipping price.

Shipping from China is SAR 45 per shipment, and shipping inside Saudi Arabia is SAR 24 — so a product we already stock in Saudi Arabia costs your customer less to receive. For a product you source through AliExpress, the shipping price is whatever AliExpress charges for that product.

When we ship the order ourselves, we gather its shipments at our warehouse in China or Hong Kong, inspect them to make sure the products are sound, then send one shipment containing all the products to your customer's address. The supplier usually gets the product to our warehouse in 4 to 5 days, and that review step is why the delivery window is counted from the day the goods reach us. Some suppliers ship directly to Saudi Arabia instead: those orders do not pass through our warehouse and we do not inspect them, and our role in them is a technical intermediary only.

Tell us as soon as possible — and within 14 days of delivery for products governed directly by MaXab.ai — with the order number, the reason, and photos of the product in its original condition. We open the case with the supplier first. In practice, AliExpress and similar platforms refuse most return requests once the product has been delivered; when that happens the product has to be shipped back to China, and that shipping is on the merchant (SAR 45 per shipment). If the return is accepted, the eligible product value is refunded after the return shipping (SAR 5 inside Saudi Arabia, or SAR 45 per shipment when it goes back to China) and any non-refundable fees are deducted. The merchant does. A return inside Saudi Arabia costs SAR 5. A return that goes back to China costs SAR 45 per shipment, and the amount is the same whether the order contains one product or several — there is no reduction for multiple items. An AliExpress return always costs SAR 45, because AliExpress requires the product to be sent back to its warehouses in China. We state the figures openly so you can price them into your margin instead of being surprised later.

No. Store design, Salla and Shopify setup, dropshipping store builds, and migration are technical services that involve time, expertise, and real work. Once started, delivered, or activated, they are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. See our Refund & Return Policy.
