What is the MaXab.ai app?
MaXab.ai is an AI dropshipping app for Salla stores, built by Maxab Technology Establishment in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. You connect your Salla store, add from more than 10,000 products in one click, and we buy the product from the supplier after your customer pays and follow it until it reaches them: 14 to 20 days from China, or 4 working days for products stocked inside Saudi Arabia. What does dropshipping mean?
Showing products in your store without buying or storing them. When your customer orders and pays, the product is bought from the supplier and shipped straight to them, never passing through you. With MaXab.ai, we are the ones who buy, and usually the ones who ship.
Who brings the customers?
You do. Marketing and answering your customers are yours; buying and following the order are ours, and so are checking, shipping and customs when the order ships through us.
Does the customer pay on delivery?
No. MaXab.ai orders are prepaid, with no cash on delivery. We buy the product only after you confirm you have received the money.
What is the difference between the free and paid plans?
The free plan needs no store: you enter the order yourself on MaXab.ai products and track it. Paid plans (from SAR 99 a month) are activated inside your Salla store, so products are added to your store and their prices, stock and order statuses update by themselves.
I already have a physical shop. Why add an online store?

How long does shipping from China to the customer take?
14 to 20 days: usually 4 to 5 days from the supplier to our warehouse, then 10 to 15 days of checking, shipping and delivery. Products we stock inside Saudi Arabia arrive in 4 working days. Shipping from China is SAR 45 (AliExpress items at their own shipping rate), inside the Kingdom SAR 24.
Is dropshipping a realistic second income?
Yes, because the hard work is ours: buying the product and following the order to your customer. What stays yours is picking products, pricing them and marketing. We promise no figure.
Do I need technical skills to run the store?
No. You add a product in one click; prices and stock update by themselves from the Starter plan, and AI writes the title and description from the Growth plan.
