MaXab.ai is not a connector you are left alone with: we buy the product from the supplier and follow the order until it reaches your customer, and on the orders we ship ourselves we carry the operational risk inside Salla's own order system.

We wire the app and fill the catalog
The MaXab.ai app is connected to your store, products are picked from the catalog and priced at the margin you choose, and the AI writes every title and description.
Step 3
Your customer buys, you confirm
Once the money from your customer has reached you, set the order status to «تم التنفيذ» in your store. That is the signal for us to start.
Step 4
We buy and track it to the door
We buy from the supplier and track the order to the door. When it ships through us, we gather the AliExpress parcels at our warehouse in China or Hong Kong, check the items are sound, then send one single shipment to your customer's address. Some suppliers ship directly to Saudi Arabia instead, and those orders do not pass through our warehouse.

Dropshipping goes wrong when the costs only show up after the first order. These are ours, in the open.
Delivery time: when the order ships through us, it depends on how fast the AliExpress suppliers reach our warehouse in China or Hong Kong — usually 4 to 5 days. Once the goods are with us, reviewing, shipping and delivering to your customer takes 10 to 15 days. So the total is roughly 14 to 20 days.
High-demand products are different: we buy them in bulk and stock them inside Saudi Arabia, so delivery drops to 4 working days and the price is lower too.
