No. We do not buy your existing stock and we do not sell it on your behalf, and we would rather say so before you start. What we offer is that this does not happen again: the next product you list in your Salla store, and you buy none of it until it actually sells. Your current stock you keep managing in your store exactly as you manage it today.
What quantity do I have to buy to test a product, and what does it cost me?
None of the stock. You add the product in one click from a catalog of more than 10,000 products, and we buy nothing from the supplier until you confirm your customer's money has reached you, by setting the order status to «تم التنفيذ». So testing a new product costs zero riyals in stock. What you do pay is the app plan: free, then SAR 99, 299 or 499 a month. Shipping is separate: SAR 45 from China, SAR 24 inside the Kingdom. Bringing the customer is still on you. And if your shop does not have a Salla store yet, we build it for you — a separate service starting at SAR 999.
And how does the China import service work?
We import from China for you and ship door to door to your own address, not to your customer's. You need no commercial registration, no certificates and no dealing with customs or clearance, because we carry that for you. And we will say it plainly: the service is a trial until its official launch at the end of 2026, so it is not a finished service yet, and we do not publish fixed prices for it here. Why import through you when I already buy from an importer here?
We will not say anything about anyone else. The practical difference is that you pick the product yourself, after it has proven in your own store that it sells, instead of picking from whatever is already there. And we do not claim to be cheaper than anyone: the price is worked out per product and per quantity, and you see it before you decide. How many days until my customer gets it? And if he returns it, what do I lose?

What comes from China takes 14 to 20 days to your customer's door: usually 4 to 5 days from the supplier to our warehouse, then 10 to 15 days for checking, shipping and delivery. Shipping is SAR 45 from China and SAR 24 inside the Kingdom. A return costs SAR 5 inside Saudi Arabia and SAR 45 back to China, and that is on the merchant.
