The order lands in your store instead of your DMs, the payment goes through without you replying to anyone, and the order syncs to the MaXab.ai app instantly. This happens at any hour, while you are asleep.

You confirm the money arrived
This is your only step. When your customer's money reaches you, change the order status in your store to «تم التنفيذ». That is our signal to start, and the order does not move before it. So update the status as soon as the money lands, even if the order came in while you were asleep.

We buy, and check what we ship
We buy the product from the supplier, usually gather the order's items at our warehouse in China or Hong Kong, check they are sound, then send one single shipment to your customer's address; some suppliers ship directly to Saudi Arabia instead. Customs and certificates are on us, and you follow the order in the app — tracking is available on the free plan.

Questions from people in your position
My customer buys today and will not wait two weeks. What do I do?
Start with the products we stock inside Saudi Arabia: women's bags, and men's wallets and bags. Those usually arrive in 4 working days, and shipping inside the Kingdom is 24 SAR. Products coming from China take 14 to 20 days: usually 4 to 5 days from the supplier to our warehouse, then 10 to 15 days for inspection, shipping and delivery. Write the window on the product page before your customer pays. Gulf shipping is available, and it usually takes 15 to 21 days.
My customers transfer to my account with no problem. Why do I need online payment?
The follower who hesitates and asks whether to transfer to your account is the follower who may not finish the purchase. The online payment comes from the store, not from the MaXab.ai app: we build you a store on Salla. Ask us on WhatsApp what your own store needs before you start.
Whose name does the shipment arrive under? My followers buy from me.
When the order ships through us, it goes straight to your customer's address as one single shipment, after we have checked it; some suppliers ship directly to Saudi Arabia instead. The sender name and the packaging are not something we have published, so ask us about them on WhatsApp. We will not write something here that we cannot stand behind.
If my customer returns the product, who pays the shipping?
A return is accepted within 14 days of receipt if the product is in its original condition, and the shipping fee is deducted from the refund. In practice most return requests are refused once the product has been delivered, and then the product has to go back to China. A return to China costs 45 SAR per shipment, paid by you, and it does not go down if the order holds more than one product. A return inside Saudi Arabia costs 5 SAR. Build that into your price, and start with the products stocked inside Saudi Arabia.
Do I need a commercial registration to open the store?
What it takes to open and verify a store is set by Salla and by the Saudi authorities, not by us, so check it with them before you start. And we will not tell you that no paperwork is needed, because that is not ours to decide. If your question is about our own service, ask us on WhatsApp.
