You install the MaXab.ai app on your Salla store and browse the catalog: more than 10,000 products, updated continuously. In one click, add what completes your shop instead of competing with your shelf — leather bags and wallets stocked inside Saudi Arabia, or car accessories, kitchen tools and home decor from China, or display stands and marketing material for your shop front. And if your shop does not have a Salla store yet, we build you one — a separate service from the app.

During the day: an order lands
You are in your shop with a customer in front of you. An order lands in your store from another customer you have never seen. Nothing is asked of you at that moment. Marketing and replying to your customers stay with you, exactly as they are today.

When the money reaches you: you confirm
Once your customer's money has reached you, set the order status in your store to «تم التنفيذ». That is our start signal, and the order does not move before it. One second out of your day — so update it the moment the money arrives.

After that: we buy, and check what we ship
We buy the product from the supplier, usually gather the order's parcels in Hong Kong, check the items are sound, then send one single shipment holding every product in the order to your customer's address, and follow it to delivery. Some suppliers ship directly to Saudi Arabia instead. Order tracking is available to you from the free plan.

In my shop the customer walks out with the item in his hand. Online, how long does he wait?
Start with the products we stock inside Saudi Arabia: they usually arrive in 4 working days, and the shipping costs less. Products coming from China need 14 to 20 days to your customer's door: usually 4 to 5 days from the supplier to our warehouse in China or Hong Kong, then 10 to 15 days for inspection, shipping and delivery. The inspection before shipping is what protects your customer from a damaged item. Write the window on the product page so your customer knows it before he pays. Shipping to the Gulf is available, and usually takes 15 to 21 days.
If the customer returns the item, who pays the return shipping? And how much?
A return is accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is in its original condition, and the shipping fee is deducted from the refund. A return inside Saudi Arabia costs 5 SAR. A return to China costs 45 SAR per shipment, paid by the merchant, and it is not reduced when the order holds more than one item. And we say it plainly: AliExpress refuses most return requests after the item has been delivered, and then the item has to go back to China. That is why, when the order ships through us, we check the items are sound in Hong Kong before we send them on. Put these numbers into your margin now, instead of letting them surprise you after the first order.
Can I connect my Salla store to the cashier system in my shop?
No. MaXab.ai syncs MaXab.ai products only: their prices, their quantities and their order statuses. Your own shop goods you manage in your Salla store exactly as you manage them today, and your shelf stock stays on your in-shop system. There is no point-of-sale connection, and no single stock figure covering both your shelf and your store. We tell you this before you start, not after.
I want to fill my own shop shelves too. Can you bring goods from China for me?
Yes, and it is a separate service: we import from China and ship door to door, to your own shop address. You need no commercial registration, no certificates and no dealing with customs or clearance, because we carry that for you. The service is a trial until its official launch at the end of 2026 — it is not a finished service yet — and it is arranged over WhatsApp.
What does it cost me a month? And is there something free to try it with?
There is a free plan: manual orders, MaXab.ai products only, and order tracking. Then the Starter app plan at 99 SAR: up to 1,000 products, 500 orders a month, and automatic price and quantity updates. The Growth plan at 299 SAR: AI optimisation, and unlimited products and orders. The Professional plan at 499 SAR: AI SEO optimisation and 4 to 6 SEO articles a month.
