How much money do I need to start?
You buy no stock in advance, so there is no upfront cost for the product. MaXab.ai has a free plan — manual orders, MaXab.ai products only, order tracking — and a SAR 99 a month plan where prices and stock update on their own. The plans are monthly, so if you stop, no goods are left on your hands. Keep some money aside for marketing, though: bringing in the customer is on you.
What do I sell? I have no product.
The catalog holds more than 10,000 products and is updated continuously. Start with one category, not all of them, and pick a category we stock inside Saudi Arabia — women's bags, say, or men's wallets and bags: delivery in 4 working days, and a return costs SAR 5. And if you would rather someone built the store for you, we build dropshipping stores on Salla from SAR 999.
How long until the order reaches my customer?
Products we stock inside Saudi Arabia arrive in 4 working days. Products coming from China take 14 to 20 days to your customer's door: usually 4 to 5 days from the supplier to our warehouse, then 10 to 15 days of checking, shipping and delivery. Write the delivery time on your product page so your customer reads it before paying.
If my customer returns the product, who pays the shipping?
A return is accepted within 14 days of delivery if the product is in its original condition, and the shipping fee is deducted from the refund. A return inside Saudi Arabia costs SAR 5; a return to China costs SAR 45 per shipment, paid by the merchant, and it does not drop when the order holds more than one item. AliExpress also rejects most return requests after delivery, and then the product has to go back to China. So start with the products stocked inside Saudi Arabia, where a return is SAR 5, and set your price knowing that one return can cost you SAR 45.
How much will I make a month?
We promise no particular figure. What you make depends on the product you pick, the price you set and the marketing you do. We provide the product and follow the order until it reaches your customer; selling and bringing in the customer are yours.
