You add the product in one click, the AI writes the title and the description (from the Growth plan up), and prices and quantities update themselves from the Starter plan up. This is your daily work: pick the product, set its price in your store, and market it.

Your customer buys, and you confirm
An order may land while you are at work, and it is not lost while you are away, because the sync is instant. Once your customer's money has reached you, you change the order status in your store to «تم التنفيذ». That is your one required step, and we buy nothing before it.

We buy, and check what we ship
We buy the product from the supplier, usually gather the order's products at our warehouse in China or Hong Kong, check they are sound, then send one single shipment holding every product to your customer's door; some suppliers ship directly to Saudi Arabia instead. Customs, certificates and conformity certificates are on us. What we stock inside Saudi Arabia arrives within 4 working days.

Your work is three things: you pick the product, you set its price, you market it. And one step is required from you on each order: once your customer's money has reached you, you change the order status to «تم التنفيذ». Replying to your customer is your own responsibility, and it can wait until after work: the order is not lost while you are away, because the sync is instant, and you follow the order's status in the app, with tracking available from the free plan. We promise you no particular figure.
What do I pay before I sell my first product?
You buy no stock, and we do not buy the product before you confirm your customer's money has reached you. The free plan is enough to start on: manual orders, MaXab.ai products, and order tracking. After it, the Starter app plan is SAR 99 a month: up to 1,000 products, 500 orders a month, and automatic updates.
How long does an order take to reach my customer?
When the order ships through us, it usually takes 4 to 5 days from the supplier to our warehouse in China or Hong Kong. After it reaches us: reviewing, shipping and delivering to your customer takes 10 to 15 days. So the total is about 14 to 20 days to your customer's door. There are also high-demand products we buy in bulk and stock inside Saudi Arabia, and those arrive within 4 working days at a lower shipping cost — women's bags, and men's wallets and bags. Start with those. Shipping from China is SAR 45, and inside Saudi Arabia SAR 24.
If the customer returns the product, who pays?
A return is accepted within 14 days of receipt if the product is in its original condition, and the shipping fee is deducted from the refund. A return inside Saudi Arabia costs SAR 5. A return to China costs SAR 45 per shipment, paid by the merchant, and it is not reduced when the order holds more than one product. AliExpress refuses most return requests after the product has been delivered, and then the product has to go back to China. So the product you choose is what decides the size of this risk: a return on the products stocked inside Saudi Arabia costs SAR 5.
I am an employee. Do I need a commercial register?
That is a regulatory question, and it is not ours to answer: check it with Salla and with the competent authority. We answer for our own part: customs, certificates and conformity certificates are on us, so you never deal with them. And the free plan needs no store — it works with manual orders on MaXab.ai products, so you can see the catalog and try it before you decide anything.
