Morning: you pick the products
You connect your Salla store to the MaXab.ai app, browse more than 10,000 products, and add a product in one click. The AI writes the title and the description (from the Growth plan up), and we update prices and quantities automatically from the Starter plan up. For a fast start, begin with the products we stock inside Saudi Arabia, such as women's bags and leather wallets.

Afternoon: your customer buys
The order appears in your store and in the app at the same moment. You are at home, and nothing is on you at this point.

One minute: you confirm the money arrived
Once your customer's money has reached you, change the order status in your store to «تم التنفيذ» (Completed). The name makes it sound as if the order already shipped; for us it means: the money arrived, start. If you do not change the status, the order does not move — remember that line, it saves your first order. This is your only step, and it takes seconds on your phone.

The rest is ours: we buy, and check what we ship
We buy the product from the supplier ourselves, inside Salla's holding management system. When the order ships through us, we gather its parcels in Hong Kong, check the items are sound, then send one single shipment with everything to your customer's address; when a supplier ships directly to Saudi Arabia, our role in that order is a technical intermediary only. Order tracking is available from the free plan.

The product goes to your customer's address from our warehouse in China or Hong Kong, from our stock inside Saudi Arabia, or straight from the supplier. It never passes through your home, and you never ship it from there.

We buy the product after your customer's money has reached you. The free plan costs zero, the Starter app plan is SAR 99 a month, and the larger plans are there if you grow.

Where is the stock kept? I have no room at home.
The stock never passes through your home. The product ships straight to your customer's address from our warehouse in China or Hong Kong, from our stock inside Saudi Arabia, or directly from the supplier. You do no packing and you ship nothing from your home, and you do not need room for a single box.
How long does an order take to reach my customer?
Two numbers, and you choose on every product you add. Products stocked inside Saudi Arabia arrive in about 4 working days, and their shipping is SAR 24. Products coming from China take 14 to 20 days to your customer's door: usually 4 to 5 days to reach our warehouse, then 10 to 15 days for inspection, shipping and delivery, and their shipping is SAR 45. Shipping to the Gulf is available and takes 15 to 21 days. If your audience will not wait, start with the products stocked inside Saudi Arabia.
And if the customer returns the product, who pays?
We will say it as it is. A return is accepted within 14 days of delivery if the product is in its original condition, and the shipping fee is deducted from the refund. In practice, AliExpress refuses most return requests after the product has been delivered, and then the product has to go back to China: return shipping is SAR 45 per shipment, paid by the merchant, and it does not drop if the order holds more than one item. A return inside Saudi Arabia costs SAR 5. That is why, when the order ships through us, we check the items in Hong Kong before we send them on, and why we advise you to start with the products stocked inside Saudi Arabia.
Do I need a commercial registration if I sell from home?
In the China import service we carry customs, the certificates and the conformity papers, you need no commercial registration for it, and you deal with no clearance at all. That service is a trial until its official launch at the end of 2026, and it is arranged over WhatsApp. As for what is required to open a store on Salla, Salla sets that, not us — ask Salla directly.
I am selling a product I do not own. How exactly does it work?
The order does not move until you confirm that your customer's money has reached you. After that we buy the product from the supplier ourselves, inside Salla's holding management system, and we follow the shipment until it reaches your customer. Usually we receive the product at our warehouse, check it and ship it ourselves; when a supplier ships directly to Saudi Arabia, our role in that order is a technical intermediary only. A religious ruling is not ours to give; anyone with a question should ask a qualified scholar about the details of the transaction.
